Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
Most callers don't pick it. Talkify uses natural voice AI with a Kiwi accent option, and it never pretends to be you. It answers as your business, takes the details a good receptionist would, and texts you the summary. Callers get a real conversation instead of voicemail, which is why they stay on the line.
What happens when someone rings with a genuine electrical emergency?
The agent listens for urgent language from the first sentence: power out, RCD or breaker tripping, burning smell, sparking outlet, exposed wiring, water near power. The moment it hears one, it texts your mobile with the address, callback number and a one-line summary, usually within 12 seconds. Routine work never interrupts you; urgent work always does.
Does it work with the job software I already use?
Booked jobs flow into Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, Zenoti, GymMaster and MechanicDesk, and into HubSpot or GoHighLevel if that is where your pipeline lives. Anything else can be wired up through our REST API, webhooks or Zapier, or as a custom setup. The caller picks a slot, the job lands where you work, and you find out by text. No double entry.
How does it answer my existing number?

How much does it cost for a one-person electrical business?

Where do the call recordings and transcripts live?
In New Zealand. Audio, transcripts and call metadata are stored in NZ data centres, encrypted at rest. Built to respect the NZ Privacy Act, with compliance documentation available if you need it for commercial contracts.
Does it work with Fergus, Simpro, iTrade or Tradify?
All four. Fergus and Simpro get the enquiry written in against the customer and the site, and book the visit itself once you switch that on. iTrade lodges the job and requests a visit rather than confirming a time. Tradify takes the enquiry into your Enquiries inbox. Those four are early access, so we set yours up with you. Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Trello and Xero are connected as standard.
